3 There is no speech nor are words; their voice is not heard,
4 yet their line goes out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them he has pitched a tent for the sun,
5 which is like a bridegroom coming from his wedding canopy, like a strong man to run his course.
6 Its rising is from the one end of the heavens, and its circuit to the other end, and nothing is hid from it heat.
7 The laws of the LORD are perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
