New Egyptian Sothis Cycle

Pharaoh Akhenaten's eclipses and new moons and full moons

The Egyptian sothis cycle ended 1321 BC. But the real date of the Egyptian sothis cycle ended 1281 BC = 40 years difference

The reigns of the pharaohs are 76 years further back. Solar eclipses match the calendar every 19 years; 4 X 19 = 76 years. The 76 years, plus the 40 years, 1321 BC corrected 1281 BC, = 116 years; 116 / 4 = 29 days = a full 30 day month date in the Egyptian sothis calendar, and a 29 day lunar month date as well, that matches solar eclipse dates perfectly = 6 X 19 = 114 years; 114 / 4 years; back one day every 4 years = 30 days and a perfect match of the eclipse dates to the month.

Pharaoh Akhenaten recorded these solar eclipses because his god was the sun.

This would mean the Pharaoh Merneptah died April/May of 1281 BC at the end of the Sothis cycle, 76 years further back than the commonly accepted date of 1205 BC.
