Guisachan Village, strategically located on the southeast corner of Gordon Drive and Guisachan Road in central Kelowna, is a mixed-use development providing a "total concept in living" in a village atmosphere.

The primary trading area, containing approximately 10,000 persons, should expand to over 15,000 persons over the next 4 - 5 years as Kelowna's population and economy continues to grow. The close proximity to the downtown core, Capri Mall and Orchard Park Mall creates a secondary trading area of over 30,000 persons by encouraging comparative consumer shopping patterns in the area.

The development consists of a 45,000 square foot village centre providing both prime retail and office space which are partially encircled by 74 deluxe apartment units. The development will have a park-like setting and pedestrian access.

The commercial development consists of four buildings providing approximately 45,000 square feet of commercial/office space. Buildings A and B, situated on the south edge of the shopping centre, are single storey and contain gross rentable areas of 8,700 square feet and 4,100 square feet respectively. Bay sizes are approximately 900 square feet and up.

The main buildings (C, D, F, G) are a two story complex providing 18,500 square feet of main floor retail and 10,700 square feet of second storey office/commercial. Major ingress and egress to the centre is via Gordon Drive and Guisachan Road. Paved on-site parking for about 160 vehicles is provided in a layout that encourages efficient traffic circulation throughout the complex.
