Guisachan Village, strategically located on the southeast corner of Gordon Drive and Guisachan Road in central Kelowna, is a mixed-use development providing a "total concept in living" in a village atmosphere.

The primary trading area, containing approximately 10,000 persons, should expand to over 15,000 persons over the next 4 - 5 years as Kelowna's population and economy continues to grow.
